The Accommodation consists of four extra-spacious ensuite bedrooms. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds in each, and a superior bedroom with two double beds. And the top floor features a main bathroom, complete with free-standing bath.
The Space
Even as you enter the modern internal design is immediately apparent: the kitchen-breakfast room opens into the living area, with both rooms afforded maximum light from the wall-to-ceiling panoramic glass windows.
Another living room with a wood-burning stove provides a cosy enclave. A boot room, utility room, and laundry room—along with a fully tiled shower—provides all the amenities for a growing family, while a large study and games room boasts endless possibilities as a cinema room, music room, and more. The games room includes a full-size pool table and TV facilities.

The residence is located in the lovely Nore valley just over a mile from the village of Inistioge. The nearest shops and local amenities are located at Inistioge, where you'll find a shop, church, three pubs, a restaurant, post office and hairdresser.
Thomastown is three miles away, featuring supermarkets (Supervalu and Lidl), restaurants, a launderette, fuel providers (coal, gas, timber), and a railway station. New Ross is ten miles away, Graiguenamanagh is 7 miles, St. Mullins is 19 miles, and—importantly—Kilkenny City is only 15 miles distant and is the primary shopping hub. The M9 motorway can be accessed just 5 miles away at Knocktopher.
Inistioge has some beautiful walks and also features Woodstock Gardens.
